From Student to Professional: A Chat About Navigating the Transition

There are various factors to navigating the transition from student to industry professional, and thanks to Dr. Nirmala Gnanapragasam, Ph.D., P.E, Associate Professor at the Seattle University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, students receive first hand feedback from alumni on various topics. PSE Associate Project Manager, Nicholas Welling, P.E., participated in a recent industry panel with a focused discussion about navigating remote, hybrid and in-person work environments.
