Peterson Structural Engineers, Inc. (PSE) enjoyed using their Volunteer Time Off (VTO) hours to build baskets for the San Diego Committee Water For People (WFP) Nut Basket Fundraiser. Senior Vice President, Galit Ryan, PE, Project Engineer, Megan Engle, PE, and Marketing Assistant, Cathleen Meyer, helped assemble baskets filled with pistachios, which will be sold for donations supporting WFP’s efforts to improve drinking water resources, sanitation facilities, and health & hygiene education programs in developing countries.
Our thanks go to the Padre Dam Municipal Water District for hosting this year’s event and to the entire volunteer team who put together hundreds of baskets! Participating for several years in a row now, PSE is proud to continue to dedicate our time to a meaningful cause during the holiday season.
