Custom Residential Home Addition

PSE provided structural design for a custom residential home addition consisting of a new guest house requiring a pile supported foundation, a new reinforced concrete seawall, infinity pool and an overwater dock approximately 40’ wide x 40’ long, with attached boat slip as well as associated patio and landscaping upgrades.  Every element of the upgrade incorporated customized detailing and material selection to meet the homeowner’s vision.  PSE is pleased to have been contracted for subsequent remodeling and continued property enhancements and additions at this residence.
